2. Information We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, role (Coach, Parent, Athlete), and authentication credentials via Firebase Auth.
• Assessment data: Responses to behavioral questionnaires (DISC and VAKA) used to generate athlete profiles.
• Profile data: Athlete name, sport, position, age, and AI-generated behavioral analysis.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and timestamps — for platform improvement only.
• Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and display athlete behavioral profiles.
• To manage your account, subscription, and access rights.
• To improve the KAIROS platform and AI models.
• To send transactional emails (registration, payment confirmation) — never marketing without consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and database storage.
• Anthropic: AI model provider — questionnaire data is sent to generate profiles. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure.

5. Public Profiles (Share Links)

If you enable the “Share” feature on a profile, that profile becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You can disable sharing at any time from the profile page. Shared profiles display behavioral analysis only — no contact information is exposed.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to certain uses of your data.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

8. Cookies

KAIROS uses a session cookie (kairos_session) strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

KAIROS is intended for coaches and parents managing athlete profiles. Athlete profiles may contain data about minors. This data is entered by the coach or parent, who is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of KAIROS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
